To secure your booking you will be asked to make a payment in full via BACS at the time of booking.
Please note that currently I accept BACSs payment only.
**Please bear in mind should you wish to cancel your treatment with less than 24 hours notice, I will be unable to offer a refund.**
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are in place:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment and I will be unable to offer a refund.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged in full for their “missed” appointment and a refund will not be offered.
