Cancellation Policy
Life happens - but your time is valuable.

I completely understand that unexpected events can arise. In order to honour both your time and mine, the following cancellation terms apply:

24 Hour Notice:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives me time to offer the slot to someone else.
​
Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full appointment fee being charged. Unfortunately, I’m unable to offer refunds for short-notice cancellations.
​
No Shows:
​
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will also be charged in full, and that session cannot be rebooked or refunded.
​
Thank you for your understanding - maintaining these boundaries allows me to offer the best possible service to all clients while protecting the rhythm and sustainability of my business.
